Under applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. So if the undamaged merchandise, in its original packaging, doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of canceling the contract. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise in the event of contract cancellation. We will refund your order within 14 days.

Simply log in to the account you used to place your order, start a chat with us, or reply to your order confirmation email. Returned items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, unused, and with the plastic wrap intact (perfume).

Once we receive the package, you’ll get a refund for the returned items within 14 business days. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
