1 – Outline your lips with the matching lip liner and spread it toward the center of your mouth.
2 – Apply one coat of Demi Matte to the center of the lips.
3 – Spread the lipstick by connecting the top and bottom of the lips together.
4 – For a more matte effect, squeeze excess product into a tissue.
